Man sues wife for having other man's son 11 years on

A man sued his wife after discovering the child he had been raising for 11 years is actually another man's.

Li, a Beijing resident, learned the shattering secret in 2002 more than a decade after who he thought was his son was born.

The couple started to live separately in 2005 to end their frequent domestic conflicts, and Dong the wife recently filed for a divorce.

The court granted it and awarded custody of the child to the mother, but Li was awarded 100,000-yuan ($14,650) compensation for mental damages.
