Honeymooners fined for roadside make-out hazard

A young couple was fined 200 yuan ($30) for violating traffic rules after parking their car in an emergency stop area of an expressway to make out in Xinxiang, Henan province, last Tuesday.

Local traffic police found the car parked with doors open and the couple kissing passionately inside around 10:30 am.

The driver, surnamed Wang, later explained they were on their honeymoon and could not help but kiss each other along the way.
