Cai, the farmer, was dismayed recently to find his dog breast-feeding four infant cats at home.

The pooch and her daughter both recently gave birth to pups around the same time that Cai's cat delivered four kittens.

The daughter took over the mother dog's new duties allowing her to breastfeed the infant cats after their mother ate a poisoned mouse and died.

Cai has been raising cats and dogs at the same time for more than a decade.

While they have always lived in harmony, his canines and felines have never worked together quite so closely.
