Man brings marriage proof in exam error

A man was denied entry to an examination hall for entrance tests to institutions of higher learning after mistaking his marriage certificate for his examination permit in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province, on Oct 14.

The careless candidate was duly refused entry by staff at the examination hall.

He explained he had accidentally brought his marriage certificate instead of the all-important permit when he left home in a hurry that morning, but only after he returned with the relevant document was he allowed to attend the examinations.
