Parents try to sneak dog on train, leave son behind
(China Daily)
Updated: 2008-09-17 09:24 In trying to sneak a dog on board a train on Saturday, a Shanghai couple left their five year-old son behind. Zhao bought a puppy in Nanjing and wanted to bring it home. However, dogs are not allowed on trains, so Zhao wrapped the dog in a T-shirt and put it under his arm, hoping it would escape notice at the train station security check. Zhao let his wife handle the luggage and walked through security quickly, leaving their son behind.
When Zhao rejoined his wife in the waiting room, they realized that their son was not with them. Police found their boy crying on the first floor and brought him back to his parents. (Nanjing Morning Post) |
