No ladies in the men's room, please

A woman surnamed Luo was attending a meeting in a hotel in Guangdong province last April. She used the men's bathroom during a tea break, because the ladies' room was occupied.

She then fell off on the slippery floor inside, and broke her nose.

Luo sued the hotel for compensation. But the court ruled that she had broken the law when she used the men's toilet, and therefore should bear responsibility for her injury.
