A photo taken on Feb. 2, 2008 shows the snow-covered highway which the truck loaded with vegetables and fruits drives past from Hainan to Beijing. The insular Hainan in south China makes great efforts to expand the growing amount of vegetables and fruits and deliver to the snow-stricken areas in China to meet the needs of the market. At the present, about 800 trucks carrying fresh food depart everyday from Hainan, a main source of fresh vegetables and fruits during winter time in China. [Xinhua]
