A pair of former classmates in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, who met and fell in love with each other after being separated for 40 years said they were destined to marry.

They sat by each other at high school, but after graduating lost contact. They met each other again last year at a class reunion. The divorced man and the widow were married on Tuesday.
