A little pet dog waited patiently for five days for its owner at a small clinic in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.

Last Thursday, the dog followed its owner who was carrying an old patient of cerebral hemorrhage on his tricycle to the clinic, where he had to leave his dog and tricycle and rush the patient to another hospital for emergency treatment by taxi. "The dog guarded the tricycle and waited for its owner to return, even through rainy days," said witnesses. Touched by its loyalty, many people fed it till its owner came and got the pet.
