Residents cool
themselves in water on the flooded bank of the Yangtze River in
Wuhan, Central China's Hubei Province August 2, 2007. The
temperature hit 37.2 degrees Celsius (98.96 degrees Fahrenheit),
highest-ever so far this year. The water level rose to 25.76 meters on the
