Armed police of the Luoyang detachment in
central China's Henan Province carry out their mission at the Xiaolangdi
Dam over the Yellow River on Thursday, June 28, 2007. Approved by the
State Council and the Central Military Committee, the detachment has
officially begun to guard the dam Thursday.
