Police in Dalian, Liaoning, caught two robbers last Sunday after they
returned to the scene of their crime to check whether there were any security
cameras there, the Chinese Business Morning News reported.
They had stolen a mobile phone and money from a teenaged victim the day
before. The victim reported the case to police soon after the two fled the
scene. Police identified the robbers with the help of the security cameras at
the scene and caught them the next day when they showed up again. Police said
the two had put their neck into the noose because one had bet the other that
there were no security cameras.
