Five teenage boys took a taxi from Yau Ma Tai to Chai Wan, Hong Kong, last Thursday, but refused to pay the HK$120 ($15.3) fare, thinking they could easily outrun the 53-year-old cabbie. But 10 marine police officers happened to be playing soccer nearby. Hearing the cabbie's screams, they helped pursue the teenagers and caught three of them.
