Negotiators pose before the closing ceremony of the six-party talks on North
Korea's nuclear program, in Beijing February 13, 2007. A groundbreaking plan to
curtail North Korea's nuclear arms ambitions in return for energy aid and
security assurances edged towards approval on Tuesday as envoys to six-party
talks waited for Pyongyang to give its nod. The two Koreas, the United States,
Japan, Russia and China had "resolved the technical issues in the agreement",
Xinhua news agency reported. But a diplomatic source at the talks said North
Korea had not yet responded "formally" to the draft deal. In picture (L to R)
