Animals in the Lanzhou Zoo in the capital of Gansu are enjoying warmer rooms and changing their hibernation habits.

Although the temperature dropped to minus 12 degrees this week, zoo workers kept the animals' rooms warm.

As a result, the black bears, brown bears and reptiles and amphibians such as crocodiles, snakes and chameleons have changed their habits of sleeping during the winter.

Other animals such as Chinese leopards, lions and tigers are also enjoying the warmth in the zoo this winter.
