Helpful staff avert a costly oversight(China Daily)Updated: 2006-11-29 08:59 A man who lost 40,000 yuan (US$5,098) on a train several days ago was reunited with his cash over the weekend thanks to rail staff. Li Qiang, of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, was on his way from his army base in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, to Nanjing. When he changed trains at Zhengzhou, Henan Province, Li left a bag containing the money and his ID card on the train. He sought help from station staff, who called their colleagues at the next station, Luoyang.
