Relatives of a victim grieve at the spot of a gas explosion happening on November 18 in Dalian,Northeast China's Liaoning Province. A blast occurred in a six-story building due to the Liquefied Natural Gas leak. The death toll totalled nine in this accident.[newsphoto]
