| Chinese soldiers take part in a war exercise under the
code name "Queshan-2006" at an unnamed training groud in east China's
Shandong Province, October 15, 2006. A motorized division of the Chinese
People's Liberation Army launched war exercise last week in an attempt to
test its fighting capabilities under an electromagnetic environment,
