2006 Nanjing Cultural Industry Fair opens on Sept.23

On September 23,the "2006 China Nanjing Culture Industry Fair" opened in Nanjing International Exhibition Center. The Culture Industry Fair will last 5 days, including Historical and Cultural Famous City Exhibition, Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition, Business Attraction Exhibition of Cultural Industry, Originally Designing Exhibition, Cartoon Exhibition, Books and Audio/Video Exhibition, Cultural Relic and Artwork Exhibition, World Brocade Exhibition, Performances and Cultural Industry Forum.

Mayors who attend the Famous City Expo participated in the opening ceremony of Cultural Industry Fair. They also brought historical and cultural city exhibitions of every city. The Cultural Industry Fair will release 75 projects on cultural establishment construction, business attraction of industrial gardens, development of cultural products and cultural service to set up the information and investment platform for promoting the development of cultural productivity and enhancing the level of cultural industry.

The Cultural Industry Fair will hold five forums: International Cultural Industry and City Original Forum, Art and Market Forum, Original Cultural Industry and International Capital Forum, Cultural Industry Public Forum, Cartoon and Cultural Industry Forum. Auctions will be held on September 25 and 26. The sponsor has collected over 1000 pieces of paintings and calligraphies, curios and porcelains.

The Cosplay competition will be held. The World Brocade Exhibition will open a window of knowing about brocade skill and culture o human being for people.
