On September 23, 53 domestic and foreign historical and cultural cities from 18 countries attended the opening ceremony of the Mayors' Forum of Historical and Cultural Cities Expo. At the opening ceremony, mayors and representatives signed the "Nanjing Declaration of Mayors' Forum of Historical and Cultural Cities Expo".

These historical and cultural cities will promise to develop cultural industry and offer more cultural products and cultural service for residents, lead residents to pay attention to growth of city culture and enhance the spirit enjoying level of residents.
