Tibet peasants select seeds for next year in Qushuixian County in the capital of Lhasa of Tibet Autonomous Region on September 26. During the 10th Five-Year Plan, Tibet regulated and optimized its industrial structure, and agricultural development gradually shaped and increased peasants' income.
