Mile is the only country which has the name of Buddha, it is an attractive place of fortune in the south of Yunnan, featuring wonderful mountain and green water.

Mile country, located in the southeast of Yunnan province, is the north gate way of Honghe autonomies of Hani and Yi minorities. This country is 143 kilometers away from Kunming, its south end touching Hekou 316 kilometers, roads extending in all directions.

Kunming-Hekou highway runs through Mile for 93 kilometers. Yunnan-Vietnam railroad passes along the west of Mile for 78 kilometers.Mile's area is 4004 square kilometers, its population is 500,000, with 41% minorities.
