China increases its peacekeeping force to 1,000 in Lebanon

Chinese soldiers, part the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon
(UNIFIL), sit in the port of Naqura. China has decided to bolster its
peacekeeping forces in Lebanon to 1,000 in an effort to assure the safety of the
