A man from Ningbo of Zhejiang Province has recently taken all those living in a residential building to court, suspecting one of them of throwing a bottle off the building and hurting his head.

Li said that a bottle felling from the building in July hit his head as he was passing by. He felt dizzy immediately, and became unconscious for several minutes.

As nobody in the building came down and claimed responsibility, Li went to hospital alone and spent over 5,400 yuan (US$679) on treatment.

Police received the report from Li but failed to find out who did the damage. Li then decided to sue the entire building's residents.
