Food poisoning hospitalizes 300 pupils

A sick boy is receiving drops in a local hospital on September 3, 2006 as more than 300 pupils in a primary school were hospitalized because of food poisoning in Chongzhou City, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The pupils had a lunch in the school on Friday but developed symptoms of food poisoning from Saturday night and Sunday. The cause of the food poisoning is being investigated. [Xinhua]
