Smoke pillows from a chemical plant after an explosion in Daqing,
an oil city in north China's Heilongjiang Province August 14, 2006. A gas tank
at the No.2 refining plant of the Daqing Refining & Chemical Company in
Daqing exploded on Monday, leaving three people killed and two seriously
