Forest fire in Sichuan

Firefithers battle a fire at a
forest in Luzhou, Southwest China's Sichuan Province early Thursday,
August 3 2006. Some 200 soldiers,firemen and policemen were mobilized to
control the fire with the help of hundreds of local residents. The fire was
nearly extingquished by Thursday night.[Cao Weibing/Xinhua]
