Police officers help a resident
topple his wrecked house after it is hit by tropical storm Bilis in Zhangzhou,
east China's Fujian province July 19, 2006. More than 150 police officers help
local residents rebuild their flood-ravaged homes. Bilis kills 43 in Fujian with
economic losses hittng three billion yuan (US$375 million), state media
