Real estate tax

New constructed or procured by foreign-invested enterprises in the Zone shall not be levied by real estate tax for 3 years from the construction completion date or procuring date. 

Land cost

The land in Zhanjiang Economic & Technological Development Zone is transferred at its land cost. Meanwhile, besides enjoying national regulated policy, those projects with big investment and hi-tech enterprise can enjoy special treatment offered by the Administrative Committee of this Zone according to actual circumstance of investment. 

Administrative charges

Enterprise in the Zone is free from the administrative charges that belong to the financial revenue of the Zone.
