A firefighter tries to staunch the flow of
dangerous chemicals from a vehicle container in Yanshan County, N. Hebei P. The
vehicle, loaded with highly flammable and explosive chemicals, fell into a
3m-deep channel early in the morning on Tuesday, April 12. A total of 2000 local
residents were evacuated. No casualties were
