Firefighters dilute the leaked chemicals
with water pipes in Yanshan County, N. Hebei P. A vehicle carrying highly
flammable and explosive chemicals, fell into a 3m-deep channel early in the
morning on Tuesday April 12. Chemicals leaked out of the container causing an
evacuation of 2000 local residents. No casualties were reported.
