HONG KONG -- Hong Kong stocks closed down 46. 19 points, or 0.23 percent, at 19,866.63 on Sept 9.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 20,088.80 and 19, 808.95. Turnover totaled HK$49.65 billion ($6.37 billion).
