BC Fine Living , an international boutique hotel run by Bernd Chorengel, the former chief executive officer of Hyatt Hotels Corp, decided to open its first hotel in China at MOMA in Beijing, a mixed-use property project, in partnership with the Beijing-based Modern Green Development Co Ltd.

The BC Hotel and Residence, as part of a mixed-use development within Grand MOMA along Beijing's East Second Ring Road, consists of more than 100 rooms and 44 serviced apartments. The second BC Hotel will be situated in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, also together with MOMA.
