People can press a button on bus stop billboards to tell if he is happy or not, and an LCD screen displays a running total of results.
In addition, people can take part in the campaign by expressing their emotions through twitter-like micro blog site, the Sina Weibo.
The campaign will run until August 2, when the organizer will then analyze results.
