The carrier's 2G subscribers climbed to 159 million last month, a rise of 421,000 from September, the statement said.

The operator's Internet users with broadband access increased by 512,000 to 55.05 million. But its fixed-line telephone users continued to fall by 278,000, reaching 94.3 million by the end of last month, the statement said.
