Ant Bank launches 1st 24/7 self-service branch in Macao

Digital banking services provider Ant Bank (Macao) Limited recently inaugurated its first round-the-clock self-service branch, located in the Cheng Feng Commercial Centre, bridging its digital finance services with physical customer access.
The move signals the bank's strategic expansion beyond online channels to integrated offline touchpoints, offering customers enhanced flexibility and convenience through automation.
Wang Lan, president of Ant Bank (Macao), highlighted the step as part of broader efforts to support Macao's economic diversification and modern financial sector growth. "By introducing a physical branch for digital finance, we are effectively extending our service reach and enhancing the accessibility and convenience of financial services, making digital finance more tangible, convenient and inclusive," Wang said.
The new branch includes a self-service zone equipped with multifunctional machines that enable cardless cash transactions, cheque collection, inquiries and document printing. A VIP lounge is also available for personalized services.
Since its establishment in 2019 as a licensed digital bank in Macao, Ant Bank has rolled out a range of digital products, including online account opening for individuals and businesses, high-yield savings and fixed deposits, Hong Kong and US stock trading, as well as fee-free global remittances.
