In 2025, the province has been driving a series of actions through reforming the scientific and technological innovation system and mechanism, continuously optimizing the ecosystem for transforming scientific and technological achievements.
In the first half of this year, the province transformed 2,218 scientific and technological achievements, a year-on-year increase of 46.9 percent, with technology contract transactions totaling over 14.3 billion yuan ($1.99 billion), a year-on-year increase of 9.91 percent, data from the authorities showed.
