Writer Bi Feiyu: Nanjing grants me creative serenity

The 7th International Sinologists Conference on Translating Chinese Literature recently commenced in Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu province, bringing together 39 sinologists from 31 countries and 39 Chinese authors for an in-depth exchange of ideas.
Bi Feiyu, vice-president of China Writers Association, expressed his gratitude for being a writer based in Nanjing. He described the city, recognized as a UNESCO City of Literature, as a source of inner peace that allows him to write without unnecessary anxiety or fear of obscurity. Bi also encouraged young writers in Nanjing to embrace this sense of tranquility and let their artistic and narrative talents flourish.
