China's two-time track cycling Olympic champion Zhong Tianshi attended the ongoing Olympic Qualifier Series on Thursday at the Huangpu Riverside to experience the sports festival.
As a cycling expert, Zhong practiced BMX, skateboarding, and sport climbing in the urban park and was inspired by the lively atmosphere of the event.
"I think the atmosphere of the OQS is stronger than that of the Olympic Games. The participation of the athletes and audiences brings more excitement," said Zhong, who is also a volunteer for the event.
