We have entered a multipolar world. The US has lost its habit of diplomacy and its capacity to listen to other countries and to accept the red lines of other countries. And this is the biggest danger that we face right now. In this new era, institutional dialogue is much better than yelling or ignoring the other side. We just need to listen and work under rules that are truly created by all parts of humanity.
