Chinese shares close higher Monday

BEIJING -- Chinese stocks closed higher on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 2.06 percent to 3,290.34 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index closed 2.03 percent higher at 11,954.13 points.
The ChiNext Index, tracking China's Nasdaq-style board of growth enterprises, gained 1.28 percent to close at 2,480.79 points Monday.
