CSCI makes great strides in construction industrialization

China State Construction International Holdings launched three construction solutions on Monday under the title of "Hailong Cubes" at a virtual launch event. They are: the E series, which refers to the Hailong high-rise MiC elevator solution; the S series, which refers to the Hailong high-rise steel MiC solution; and the C series, which refers to the Hailong high-rise concrete MiC solution.
MiC is the acronym of modular integrated construction. As a building method involving a great deal of prefabrication, MiC has five characteristics: factory production, assembly, digital management, integrated decoration and a fully automated production line. It provides faster, better and more environmentally friendly building solutions in terms of construction speed and installation accuracy, and marks the arrival of prefabricated construction 4.0. The MiC method can be used to build a variety of structures, including commercial residential buildings, resettlement houses, apartments, hotels, schools, hospitals and also elevators.
