Canadian team says, thanks for your joy and kindness

Team Canada Operations Staff sent a letter on Feb 1, 2022 to express their gratitude to the staff of building 6 in the Beijing Winter Olympics' village, where the Canadian Olympic Team is staying during the Games.

The staff in the building are providing support to Team Canada athletes and other team members during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, helping them quickly resolve any problems they may encounter. The staff are away from their families during Chinese New Year in order to help the Canadian team, and in the letter, Team Canada said "we are very grateful for that and are excited to have been able to experience some of your holiday and traditions with you".

The team praised the staff for all being "so kind and full of joy" and in return said that "We wish you a year of happiness, joy, and many special moments".
