China Mobile to make Shanghai exchange debut

China Mobile said it will debut on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Wednesday, which is expected to be the largest initial public offering on the A-share market in the past 10 years.

China Mobile said earlier it wants to raise as much as 55.3 billion yuan ($8.7 billion) on the Shanghai stock exchange.

In a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange, where its stock also trades, the company said earlier it planned to issue its new shares for 57.58 yuan apiece.
