New COVID-19 vaccine made available to Shanghai residents

A new single-dose COVID-19 vaccine was made available to Shanghai residents, according to the municipal center for disease control and prevention.
Called Ad5-nCoV, the new vaccine was developed by CanSino Biologics and the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, and received conditional marketing authorization in China in February.
