Foreign Ministry responds to US court's rule on TikTok

Beijing on Monday reiterated its opposition to Washington's hegemonic act of unjustified suppression and targeting of non-American companies by abusing its state power under the weakest pretext of national security.

Foreign Ministry Wang Wenbin made the remark at a regular news briefing in Beijing after a United States federal judge ruled Sunday in favor of TikTok by temporarily blocking US President Donald Trump's order to ban downloads of the app in the US.
