SUZHOU - Hebei China Fortune beat Tianjin Teda 2-0 in the fifth round of the 2020 Chinese Super League (CSL) on Monday.

Brazilian striker Ricardo Goulart broke the deadlock for Hebei in the 35th minute with a fine header from a cross by Sierra Leone winger Buya Turay.

Hebei scored the game's second goal when fullback Ren Hang was fouled in the penalty area by Gao Jiarun, and another Brazilian striker Marcos converted the penalty in first half stoppage time.

Tianjin failed to score in the second half, despite creating several chances.

After the match, Tianjin remained without a win in CSL after five matches, ranking group last among eight sides in Suzhou.
