2 shot dead in US state of Texas

HOUSTON - Two people were killed and five others injured in a shooting on Sunday evening in downtown San Antonio, the US state of Texas, according to local police.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus told media that an argument broke out between a group of individuals, and one person pulled out a gun and started shooting.

"It's nothing more complicated than an argument," he said. A manhunt was underway.
