Han, Young awarded CBA Players of the Week

BEIJING - Liaoning Flying Leopards center Han Dejun and Nanjing Monkey Kings guard Joseph Young received Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) Players of the Week laurel on Thursday.

The 2.15m-tall Han averaged 19 points, 13 rebounds and 1.7 blocks, shooting 61.1 percent from the field in three matches, where Liaoning won two.

Liaoning sit fourth among 20 CBA clubs at 12-6.

Nanjing's one win out of three could not overshadow Young's glittering performance. Standing 1.88 meters tall, Young finished an average of 46.3 points, 7.0 boards, 8.3 assists and 1.3 steals.

Nanjing rank 13th after 18 rounds of play.
