Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province in southwestern China, is located in the eastern part of the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau. The city of Guiyang maintains its steady and fast economic growth with the support of a new model of industrial system featuring big data, modern agriculture, automotive manufacturing, service and high-tech industries. Guiyang has a good eco-environment. It has been approved exclusively within the country to build a national ecological civilization demonstration zone. Guiyang is at a latitude of 26 degrees north, the most livable latitude for humans, and an elevation of about 1,100 meters, the best altitude for cardiac rehabilitation.
The investor must submit materials to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission of Guiyang. The Guiyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission will then provide a notice of acceptance upon examination of said documents.
